USA North 811

USA North 811 is the nonprofit 811 notification center for Northern and Central California and Nevada, a territory of roughly 210,000 square miles. Every locate request in our region starts here. Excavators submit tickets by phone or online, and we transmit them to our 1,500+ member facility owners and operators, who route them to their in-house or contract locators. Because the quality of a ticket shapes the quality of the locate, we invest heavily in excavator education on white-lining, accurate dig-site descriptions, and timely notice, including free safety training across both states.

Membership and directory listings are separate from Nulca training-program accreditation. Nulca accredits named training programs, not companies or individuals.
