J-Spot Services provides 811 contract locating for utility owners through its J-Spot Protect division and locates private lines not covered by 811. It also supports subsurface utility engineering at quality levels A through D and offers GPR and concrete scanning, hydrovac excavation, GPS utility mapping, tracer-wire fault finding and damage investigation.
