About Terry
Terry Fordham has more than 40 years of leadership experience supporting underground infrastructure. His work spans telecommunications, construction, and utility locating, with responsibilities in engineering, inventory management, contract management, and field operations. He serves as chairman of UtiliQuest, LLC.
Terry has served on committees and task teams with the Common Ground Alliance and on the board of GA811, working with other stakeholders to support infrastructure protection in Georgia. An active Nulca board member for more than a decade, he served as secretary and vice president before becoming president.
